Light, delicate, and beautifully floral, our Myst~Tree Borage Honey is a seasonal favourite, produced from hives foraging across the idyllic countryside and rolling hills of Herefordshire. Sustainably harvested, we only take the excess honey that would otherwise go to waste over winter, ensuring our bees keep plenty for themselves.

With its pale golden colour, silky-smooth texture, and light, refreshing flavour, borage honey is perfect for drizzling over yoghurt, swirling into tea, pairing with cheeses, or simply enjoying by the spoonful. Over time, it may naturally granulate — a hallmark of quality — and can easily be returned to liquid by placing the jar in warm water for 30–60 minutes.
